The Lightweight Horizontal Hydraulic Top Pressure Valve Test Bench supports both high-pressure water and low-pressure air as test media, covering 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic shell test, 1.1 times nominal pressure high-pressure water seal test, and 4 to 7 bar low-pressure air tightness test. The integrated hydraulic system offers adjustable clamping force, suitable for various valve specifications from DN100 to DN600, with maximum peak force up to 137 tons. The clamping method uses an upper hydraulic cylinder to directly drive the sealing plate against the valve end face, achieving axial end-face sealing. The bottom clamping force is adjustable, exerting minimal external force on the valve body. Sealing between the valve and blind plate can be either end-face sealing or tapered sealing, allowing direct visual inspection of leakage points for rapid assessment of sealing integrity. Test media include water (for shell strength and high-pressure sealing tests) and 4 to 7 bar low-pressure gas (air or nitrogen, for pneumatic tightness tests). The bench completes three main test items: 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic shell strength test, 1.1 times nominal pressure high-pressure water seal test, and 4 to 7 bar low-pressure pneumatic tightness test. The testing range covers DN100 to DN600 (see pressure test range table for details). The top pressure cylinder is Ø250 mm, sealing plate diameter ranges from 400 to 1400 mm, internal tie-rod spacing is 950 mm, and maximum peak clamping force is 137 tons.
