English Version YuFeng Machinery is located in Building 2 Unit B, Wanyang Pump & Valve Intelligent Park, covering the 1st and 2nd floors with standardized workshops. We are fully equipped with sheet metal cutting, forming, drilling, milling and turning machines. All metal components of valve test benches are self-manufactured with standardized quality control throughout the whole production process.

1.Fully Enclosed Fiber Laser Cutting Machine with Dual Exchange Platform Performs profile cutting and hole drilling on metal plates to fabricate protective enclosures and precision sheet metal parts for valve test benches.
2.CNC Hydraulic Press Brake Bends laser-cut plates into finished shapes to make operating platforms and protective cabinet frames for valve test benches.
3.Radial Drilling Machine Drills, reams and taps holes on medium-sized valve bodies, standard flanges and support frames of test benches.
4.Bench Drill Mass-produces tiny precision holes and chamfers on small valve sleeves, sealing glands and mini flanges for test equipment.
5.Gantry Moving Plane Drilling Machine Completes multi-hole drilling and tapping on large test bench base plates and large-size valve flanges in one single clamping.
6.Turret Milling Machine Mills base plates, flange connecting plates, valve seat mounting surfaces, keyways and stepped parts of valve test benches.
7.CNC Hydraulic Shearing Machine Cuts various metal plates accurately to provide standard sheet blanks for test bench cabinet production.

Advantages of Full In-house Processing Our complete machine lineup covers all production procedures for valve test benches, including sheet metal forming, large plate drilling, precision surface milling and rotary part turning. All components are self-produced without outsourcing, bringing prominent strengths as follows:
1. Full self-production of sheet metal enclosures Raw plates cut by shears → profiled and holed by laser cutter → bent into final shapes by press brake. Cabinets, safety doors and operation platforms for test benches are all made in-house.
2. Mass processing of load-bearing base plates and flanges Gantry drill handles oversized base plates and large-diameter matched flanges; radial drill processes medium flanges; bench drill completes small glands. All load-bearing mounting plates are finished in our workshop.
3. Precision milling for assembly reference surfaces Turret milling machine ensures flatness of mounting bases, positioning slots and connecting steps, improving assembly tightness and pressure sealing performance.
4. Complete turning solutions for threaded & sleeve sealing parts Precision lathe produces high-accuracy sealing sleeves, threaded connectors and clamping shafts; ordinary lathe handles rough blanks. Separate rough & finish turning meets different precision demands.

Starting from raw steel plates, all metal parts including frames, base plates, flanges, sealing components and sheet metal housings of valve test benches can be fully processed by our in-house equipment.
