Developed and manufactured by Yufeng Machinery in strict accordance with GB/T13927-2022 and API 598 valve testing standards, the Dual Station Integrated Vertical Hydraulic Axial Press Valve Test Bench is an integrated vertical hydraulic pressure testing equipment with two workstations, specially built for batch quality inspection of small and medium caliber valves from DN15 to DN300.

This Dual Station Integrated Vertical Hydraulic Axial Press Valve Test Bench is applicable to screwed, welded and flanged gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves and other valves, and can complete three core testing items: shell strength test, back seat test and air tightness test. The equipment adopts dual clamping structure combining jaw clamping and hydraulic cylinder axial pressing; the mold above the jaw is equipped with 90° rotation function, which greatly improves valve loading and unloading efficiency, and the clamping process has minimal external force impact on the tested valve, ensuring authentic and reliable test data. 


The machine is standard equipped with low-pressure water pump, pressure instrument control system and circulating water tank; test media including water, air and kerosene can be selected by customers.
