DN600 Dual Station Hydraulic Butterfly Valve Test Bench, is designed to test straight‑through flanged or wafer type butterfly valves, as well as knife gate valves.


The clamping method uses grippers that clamp the opposite faces of the flanges, with adjustable clamping force and minimal external force. Sealing between the valve and blind plate is achieved through end‑face O‑ring sealing, allowing operators to observe leakage locations directly. Test media include water for hydrostatic and high‑pressure sealing tests, and low‑pressure gas (air or nitrogen at 4 to 7 bar) for pneumatic tightness tests. The bench completes three test items: 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic shell test, 1.1 times nominal pressure high‑pressure water seal test, and 4 to 7 bar low‑pressure air seal test. The left workstation covers a test range of DN50 to DN250, with valve structural length from 43 to 165 mm, flange diameter from 165 to 425 mm, and jaw disc spacing from 200 to 400 mm. It is equipped with 3 clamping cylinders, each 100 mm bore, and piston rods of 60 mm diameter, delivering a maximum clamping force of 40 tons. The right workstation covers DN250 to DN600, with valve length from 165 to 267 mm, flange diameter from 405 to 845 mm, and jaw spacing from 310 to 630 mm.
