Developed and manufactured by Yufeng Machinery in accordance with ISO9001 international quality management system, the DN1600 Split Type Special Vertical Hydraulic Test Bench for Butterfly Valves is a vertical split hydraulic pressure testing equipment exclusively customized for large-diameter butterfly valves.
This DN1600 Split Type Special Vertical Hydraulic Test Bench for Butterfly Valves is applicable to strength and sealing performance tests of flange-connected and wafer-connected butterfly valves. It adopts synchronous moving jaws to realize synchronous clamping; two structural forms (single-station and multi-station) are optional when placing orders.
Customers can independently select test media: clean water, compressed air or diesel oil. The machine is standard equipped with low-pressure water pump, high-pressure booster pump and circulating water tank. Optional auxiliary modules include intelligent test data management system, hydraulic air cooling system and automatic hydraulic unloading system. The test caliber and maximum test pressure can be customized according to customer actual production requirements, fully complying with GB/T13927-2022 and API 598 industrial valve pressure testing standards.

4.Three Optional Test Media + Closed-loop Circulation Water System Supports water, air, diesel three test media to meet the inspection requirements of different working conditions; built-in large-capacity circulating water tank collects test wastewater for repeated recycling, saves water consumption and keeps the workshop environment clean.
5.Low-pressure Water Filling + High-pressure Stepped Boost Dual Pump System Low-pressure pump quickly fills the valve cavity and exhausts internal air; high-pressure pump performs graded pressure rise and long-time constant pressure holding. PLC constant pressure control automatically compensates pressure loss, pressure control precision meets the multi-stage pressure holding requirements of API 598 standard.
6.15-ton Super Heavy-duty Rigid Frame With Stress Relief Treatment The whole frame is integrally welded with extra thick steel plate and treated by stress relief annealing, with a total bearing capacity of 15 tons. Long-term continuous heavy-load operation has no frame shaking, twisting or deformation, and the clamping benchmark is permanently stable.
7.Modular Optional Intelligent Upgrading Function Suite Customers can freely select three optional systems: intelligent data recording management system, hydraulic air cooling oil temperature reduction system, automatic pressure relief unloading system after test completion, which can be added and upgraded at any time in the later stage.
