YFJX-B300 CNC Single-side Flip Jaw Horizontal Hydraulic Valve Test Bench
Many valve manufacturers struggle with inefficient offline factory inspection for finished flange valves. Conventional fixed test jigs lock the valve in one single position after clamping. Inspectors must repeatedly unload and reposition the valve to hunt for tiny leakage points, which drags down inspection throughput and creates extra risk of scratching valve flange faces during repeated handling. Manual log keeping also creates missing or inconsistent test records that cannot satisfy audit requirements for export orders.
Our YFJX-B300 CNC single-side flip jaw horizontal hydraulic valve test bench is purpose-built for routine factory inspection of flange-connected valves up to DN300. Its distinctive single-side flip jaw mechanism allows the whole valve body to tilt freely after secure clamping. Operators can examine all sealing surfaces and weld joints from multiple viewing angles without removing the workpiece, greatly simplifying leak detection.
The unit runs on a CNC touchscreen control system. Target test pressure can be preset before starting the cycle. Real-time pressure readings, test timers and final test results display clearly on the interface. All test data is automatically saved, so every inspection record is fully traceable for quality filing.
It works well for gate valves, globe valves, ball valves and check valves with flange ends. It can carry out shell strength tests and seat sealing tests strictly following GB/T13927-2022 and API 598 standards. The hydraulic clamping system delivers steady, uniform force and avoids damage to valve flange sealing surfaces.
This test bench fits daily batch inspection tasks in general valve factories, third-party testing institutes and periodic revalidation of industrial valves. By adopting this flipping test bench, manufacturers cut redundant handling steps, shorten inspection cycle time and maintain consistent test quality across production batches.
