Our double valve seat lapping machine is specially developed for precision finishing of ball valve sealing seats. It adopts double‑station structure, which can greatly improve processing efficiency compared with single‑head lapping equipment. The PLC touch screen control system makes operation simple and stable, and operators can set grinding time, rotation speed and pressure conveniently according to different workpieces.

We prepare two standard size ranges for customers to choose from, including DN50‑DN125 and DN100‑DN250. Besides standard specifications, this machine can be fully customized. We can adjust the clamping structure, travel range, control mode and cooling circulation system according to the customer’s valve types, workshop layout and special production demands.

This lapping machine can achieve high surface finish of valve seat sealing faces. After processing, the valve seat can match well with the ball, helping valves pass shell and sealing tests under API 598 and GB/T13927‑2022 standards. It effectively reduces leakage failure rate and improves the qualified rate of finished ball valves.

It is suitable for mass production workshops of ball valves, valve repair and overhaul service stations, and valve factories with high requirements on sealing performance.
