This Horizontal Tiltable Jaw Clamping Valve Pressure Test Bench adopts hydraulic jaw encircling flange clamping mode. The clamping force acts only on the valve flange without applying extra external stress to the valve body internal structure, which completely complies with the inspection requirements specified in GB/T13927-2022 and API 598 standards. It can carry out shell strength test, seat tightness test and bonnet upper sealing test for all kinds of flange-connected valves, and support air tightness leakage detection. The right working platform can be hydraulically overturned by 90°, and a double-end reversible structure is optional; the tilting design facilitates medium injection, exhaust and residual liquid drainage inside inclined valves. 

Test media can be selected by customers: clean water, compressed air or diesel oil. The machine is standard equipped with low-pressure water pump, high-pressure water pump and medium circulation water tank to realize cyclic reuse of test medium and save operating costs. Multiple optional configurations are available: intelligent test data management system, electric silent hydraulic station, hydraulic air cooling system, automatic hydraulic pressure relief system, safety protective sliding door, etc. The applicable valve caliber and maximum test pressure can be customized according to user actual demands.
