Valve test benches are essential for verifying the integrity of gate, globe, check, ball, and plug valves used in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas service. Typical tests include hydrostatic shell strength testing, high pressure seat leakage testing, and low-pressure pneumatic seat testing in accordance with API 598, API 6D, ISO 5208, and ASME B16.34. Our heavy duty horizontal and vertical valve test benches accommodate large-bore valves up to 48 inches and pressure classes up to API 6D Class 2500, with hydraulic clamping, quick flange connections, automated pressure ramping, and digital data acquisition.
